Your next engineering team is mostly agents.

We build the method that makes that team deliver. A harness the agents work inside. A loop that checks their work. A seat where a person decides.

Who

We are a small lab in Plano, Texas. We opened in 2026, after months of running agent fleets against our own backlog. What worked became a method. The method became a company.

One idea

Scale is decomposition.

Long work fails at the hand-offs. An agent that finishes a function in a minute will lose the thread by the third day. So we cut every job into pieces one agent can finish in one sitting, verify each piece by machine before the next begins, and keep one person at the seat that decides.

What we do

Build

You need a thing built. A calculator, an internal tool, an integration, a data pipeline, a small application. We scope it, price it fixed, and deliver it in weeks. Every build ships with its decision record, its tests, and its runbook.

Deliver

You have a team and a backlog. We build inside your repository, with your people, and run the first epics with our loop. You get the software and you see how it was made.

Transform

You want your team to run this way. We set up the harness and the loop, stay until your team runs the loop without us, and hand it over. You keep the method.

In the lab

Gosho

A control room for fleets of agents. Most agent operations today are a wall of dashboards. Gosho borrows the discipline of game interfaces. One person sees a hundred agents at a glance. It runs today in early form. Ask and we will show you.

Write

Bring us something that needs building. One email is enough.
